WHY TRADITIONAL MULTIVITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS ARE NOT THE SOLUTION

The problem with not eating fruit and vegetables is simple - they provide so many health benefits they are too numerous to list. Not eating them creates an enormous nuitrition gap that can have long-term consequences neither my wife nor I really wanted to contemplate. So, of course, the first things we thought to consider to fill this gap for our kids were traditional supplements and multivitamins.

Unfortunately, traditional multivitamins and supplements (even superfood green powders) fall far short of capturing the full range of phytonutrients found in nature because of how their ingredients are processed.

Most processing techniques destroy or severely degrade the nutrients in plants forcing the manufacturers to "enrich" their products with synthetic vitamins.

Laboratory-created vitamins simply cannot match the complexity and bioavailability of those naturally occurring in whole foods.

I have heard that the canister ENOF comes in is not entirely full. Is this correct?

Yes! Each 1-month canister is only about 30% full. This is NOT a manufacturing mistake. Keep in mind that ENOF is so concentrated that a single serving is just 1/12th of a teaspoon. An entire 30 day supply (60 total servings) is just 5 teaspoons of ENOF - a tad more than 1/2 ounce for the full month! But remember, one of the primary benefits of ENOF is that such a tiny amount is needed so it is incredibly easy to mix it into any other food or drink without noticing it.

The reason we did not use a smaller canister (that would have appeared more full) is that we needed enough room to publish the full Nutrition Facts on the label and a smaller canister did not provide sufficient space for this.  

What is ENOF's shelf life?

ENOF has a two year shelf life, but even after two years the product is still safe to use. If you use ENOF more than two years from the time you received it we cannot guarantee that the nutritional value of the product will be as indicated on the Nutrition Facts part of the label.

Can I cook with ENOF without damaging the nutrients?

Absolutely! You can put ENOF into recipes and (within reason) bake, boil, broil, grill, microwave, or freeze without impacting the nutrition provided by ENOF. We recommend the following:

Baking – 350F for no more than 45 minutes

Boiling – Medium flame for no more than 30 minutes

Broiling – High heat for no more than 10 minutes; broil on low to your heart’s content

Grill – Medium high flame for no more than 20 minutes

Microwave – High power for no more than 10 minutes when mixed into another dish

Freezing – No restrictions

Cooking for longer than the recommendations above will cause ENOF to degrade and begin to lose its nutritional value.

Does ENOF replace my existing multivitamins?

Nutritionists agree that people should, whenever possible, have their nutritional needs met through food which is exactly what ENOF is. Unless there is a specific nutrient that you believe you are deficient in that is not provided by ENOF then continuing to take a multivitamin would be duplicative and unnecessary. If you have any questions about your nutritional requirements we recommend consulting with your healthcare professional.

How long does shipping take for US orders?

Once your order ships from our warehouse (typically within 1-2 business days after the order is placed), most items are delivered to the customer within 3 - 7 days. All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information.
